Name, email and what kind of venue you run is all we need. If there is room we send the invitation link: from there you register, connect the controller and you are live.

01How long does the beta last?

The trial licence lasts the months stated in the invitation (usually three). At the end you may continue at list price or stop: no automatic charge.

02What do I need?

A UniFi console reachable from the Ubiquiti cloud (Dream Machine, Cloud Gateway, Cloud Key) with the guest network on. Nothing else: no extra hardware.

03My data?

Name, email and venue serve only to handle the request and the invitation. No selling to third parties, no marketing unless you ask for it.

04And if something does not work?

Tell us from the panel (Support) or by replying to our email: in a beta, reports are what we care about most.
