1What cookies we use
Technical cookies only: the session cookie that keeps you signed in, a cookie remembering the theme (including the automatic light/dark theme), a cookie remembering your cookie choice, an optional cookie recognising a trusted browser after two-step verification and, for the provider, a shop preview cookie. We also use the browser's local memory (sessionStorage) for technical page state, for example a session identifier not traceable to a person for shop statistics and the last refresh of the panel counters: it is cleared when the browser closes and never travels to third parties. Local storage also keeps, for our staff only, unsent drafts of replies in the management panel. List of cookies with name, purpose and duration: __Host-uvsid (working session, technical — named uvsid on unencrypted connections, expires when the browser closes or after 30 days if you choose "stay signed in"); uvkeep (remembers the "stay signed in" choice, technical, 30 days); uv_theme (light/dark theme, technical, 12 months); uv_consent (your banner choice, technical, 6 months); uv_trust (trusted browser after two-step verification, technical, 30 days, only if you ask for it); uv_vid (first-party statistics on returning visitors, optional, 12 months, only with your consent); uv_preview and mt_bypass (storefront preview and access during maintenance, technical, 24 hours, Provider staff only). The language is remembered in the session, not in a separate cookie. None of these cookies is read by third parties. Each software of the Provider's platform uses its own session cookie on its own domain; moving from one software to another uses a one-time code in the link, not cookies shared across domains.
2No tracking
We use no advertising or social cookies and no third-party trackers. For these statistics the browser keeps in the tab memory (sessionStorage, not a cookie) a random session identifier and any referral parameters (utm), cleared when the tab is closed; none of this identifies the person. We keep first-party, cookie-free statistics of how the landing page is read (page views, sections reached, buttons clicked, time on page) without storing IP addresses: visitors are counted through a daily, non-reversible fingerprint. If you accept cookies, the browser also keeps a «seen before» mark in the site's local storage (localStorage), used only to count returning visitors and identifying no one; the browsable demo keeps the vouchers you create in the tab memory until the tab is closed.
3Consent
Technical cookies do not require consent. The banner lets you record your choice; only if you accept do we also set the optional statistics cookie uv_vid (12 months) to recognise returning visitors. Declining does not affect the site, except that PayPal and Stripe cookies (including those for fraud prevention and for SEPA direct debit) are necessary to complete a payment.
4How to delete them
From your browser settings you can delete or block cookies at any time; signing in requires the session cookie.
